Chesivo ("we," "us," "our") builds AI-based lead response systems for real estate brokerages. This page explains what information we collect through chesivo.com and our client-facing tools, and how it's used.

Who this applies to

This policy covers two groups of people, and it's worth being clear about which is which:

• Visitors and prospective clients who submit the contact form on chesivo.com.
• End leads — the people who message a Chesivo-powered WhatsApp number on behalf of one of our brokerage clients (for example, someone inquiring about a property listing). If you're in this group, the brokerage you contacted is the one who decides how your information is ultimately used in their business; Chesivo processes it on their behalf as the underlying system.

What we collect

When you submit a form on chesivo.com, or message a number running the Chesivo system, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number / WhatsApp number
• Your email address, where provided
• The content of the message you send (for example, what you're looking for, your budget, or your timeline)

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or any sensitive personal data. We don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels on this site.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, whether that's a business inquiry about Chesivo itself, or a property inquiry routed to a brokerage client.
• To route and organize leads within the systems we build for our clients (for example, classifying a message and logging it to a client's records).
• To follow up if we haven't heard back, using the same contact details you provided.

Where it's stored

Data submitted through our systems is processed using standard business tools, including WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta), Airtable, and Google Workspace. These providers have their own privacy and security practices, which apply alongside ours.

How long we keep it

We retain lead and inquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, respond to inquiries, and maintain business records. You can request deletion at any time — see Contact below.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information, where we're not required to keep it for a legitimate business reason

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of chesivo.com or our systems after a change means you accept the updated policy.
