These terms cover your use of the chesivo.com website. They're separate from any service agreement a client signs with Chesivo to have a system built — that agreement, not this page, governs the actual work, pricing, and deliverables for client projects.
Who we are
Chesivo is operated by Mohammad Ismail, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Chesivo builds AI-based lead response systems for real estate brokerages.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse chesivo.com, try the interactive demo and calculator, and submit the contact form to get in touch. In using the site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it
- Use the contact form to submit false information, spam, or malicious content
- Copy or reproduce the site's design, code, or written content for your own commercial use without permission
The demo and calculator
The ROI calculator on this site provides estimates based on figures you enter and on published industry research. It's meant to illustrate the scale of the problem, not to serve as a guaranteed forecast for any specific brokerage. Actual results depend on your leads, market, and how the system is configured for your team.
No guarantee of outcome
Chesivo builds and tunes AI systems to respond to leads quickly and accurately. We don't guarantee a specific number of closed deals, conversion rate, or revenue outcome — those depend on factors outside the system itself, including your team's follow-through and the quality of leads you're generating.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding on chesivo.com belong to Chesivo. Custom systems built for individual clients are governed by the terms of that client's own service agreement, not by this page.
This site is informational and does not itself process payments or store financial information. Client billing is handled separately, as agreed directly with each client.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
